I need help with my company formation documents for an LLC.
I need 3 things.
1. Check my share certs and tell me how they should be completed properly
2. Review my Operating Agreement and tell me how it needs to completed properly
3. Tell me what steps I need to take in order to transfer shares.
I just need some tips, it shouldnt take too long. I am based in California.
